【摘要】 数字经济背景下，跨国企业全球价值链出现数字化、服务化、区域化新趋势。同时，全球FDI出现了结构性调整，即国际投资呈现出了数字化、轻资产化和服务化的新态势，给数字服务贸易发展带来了新契机。我国数字服务贸易发展规模逐年递增、贸易结构持续优化、国际竞争力不断提升，但也突显出数字服务产业关键技术存在短板，数字服务出口竞争力不强的特点。为此，我国应通过更多引进数字服务相关产业投资，进一步完善数字基础设施建设等措施，推动数字服务贸易高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of digital economy, the global value chain of multinational enterprises has a new trend of digitization,service and regionalization. Meanwhile, global FDI has undergone structural adjustment, that is, international investment has shown a new trend of digitization, asset-light and service, which has brought new opportunities for the development of digital service trade. The development scale of China’s digital service trade has been increasing year by year, the trade structure has been continuously optimized,and the international competitiveness has been continuously improved, but it also highlights the shortcomings of key technologies in the digital service industry and the weak export competitiveness of digital services. Therefore, China should promote the high-quality development of digital service trade by introducing more investment in digital service-related industries and further improving digital infrastructure construction.更多还原
