【摘要】 民族地区乡村旅游如何融合传统农牧业实现产业兴旺、促进农牧民多维减贫存在“旅游+”和“+旅游”两种模式。实践表明，民族地区“旅游+”模式存在弊端，一些乡村未能充分考虑旅游季节性与农牧民参与能力，确立了以乡村旅游为主导、融合传统产业的发展模式，造成乡村资源浪费、农牧业投入不足以及乡村旅游发展困境，乡村旅游不仅未能促进乡村产业兴旺，而且加重了农牧民多维贫困。鉴于此，本研究提出传统农牧业“+旅游”融合发展模式，坚持农牧业优先发展和主导地位，开拓发展乡村旅游业态，使旅游经济成为农牧民实现多维减贫有益补充，明确提出培育乡村旅游的乡村性竞争优势、保障农牧民主人地位与旅游参与权益、强化民族地区乡村党建引领的建议对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are two modes of "tourism +" and "+ tourism" in how to integrate traditional agriculture and animal husbandry to achieve industrial prosperity and promote multidimensional poverty reduction of farmers and herdsmen in rural tourism in ethnic areas. Practice shows that there are drawbacks to the "tourism +" model in ethnic areas. Some villages fail to fully consider the seasonality of tourism and the participation ability of farmers and herdsmen, and establish a development model dominated by rural tourism and integrating traditional industries, resulting in waste of rural resources, insufficient investment in agriculture and animal husbandry, and difficulties in the development of rural tourism. Rural tourism not only fails to promote the prosperity of rural industries, but also aggravates the multidimensional poverty of farmers and herdsmen. In view of this, the study proposed the traditional agriculture and animal husbandry "+tourism" integrated development model, adhere to the priority development and leading position of agriculture and animal husbandry,explore and develop rural tourism formats, and make tourism economy a beneficial supplement for farmers and herdsmen to achieve multidimensional poverty reduction.
