【摘要】 绿色金融是金融发展的新形态和新趋势，是改善绿色技术创新绩效的关键因素，是市场导向的绿色技术创新体系的重要内容。适应绿色技术创新的特点与要求是实现金融绿色转型的根本要求。为更有效地推动绿色金融发展，亟须探索一条由点到线及面、循序渐进的合理路径。应着力构建市场导向的绿色技术创新体系的主体，即以领导企业为核心的绿色技术创新联盟，并以此为载体探索金融绿色转型的新路径，使绿色金融得以“落地”；推动联盟企业绿色技术成果转化与产业化，并在此过程中打造绿色金融服务的新体系，使绿色金融得以“落实”。打造绿色技术创新联盟是一个渐进过程，各地可大力开展相关实践，绿色金融也将在此过程中不断孕育成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green finance is a new form and a new trend of financial development, a key factor to improve the performance of green technology innovation, and an important content of market-oriented green technology innovation system. Adapting to the characteristics and requirements of green technology innovation is the fundamental requirement of realizing green financial transformation. It is urgent to explore a rational path from point to line and surface and step by step in order to promote the development of green finance more effectively. We should focus on building the main body of market-oriented green technology innovation system, namely, the green technology innovation alliance which take leading enterprises as the core, and explore the new path of green financial transformation on this carrier so as to make the green finance landed. On this basis, a new system of green financial services will be built in the process of advancing the transformation and industrialization of green technological achievements of the alliance enterprises, so that green finance can be implemented. Building a green technology innovation alliance is a gradual process. Local governments can vigorously carry out relevant practices, and green finance will surely grow up in this process.更多还原
