【摘要】 本文通过对“832平台”线上、线下运营实际情况的调研发现，“832平台”政府采购政策主要通过发掘优势产业、推动集群发展、强化政策协同及打造特色品牌等机制有效促进脱贫地区发展。而后进一步以2019年政策最初发布时间作为政策冲击，选取2015～2021年县域面板数据证明“832平台”这一政府采购政策确实对脱贫地区经济发展以及人民生活水平提高具有显著帮扶作用。最后，基于“832平台”在当前运营中存在的问题，对“832平台”未来如何进一步完善提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through research on the actual situation of online and offline operation of the platform, this paper finds that the government procurement policy of the “832 Platform” effectively promotes the development of proverty alleviation areas mainly through the mechanisms of discovering advantageous industries, promoting cluster development, strengthening policy synergy, and creating special brands.Taking the initial release time of the policy in 2019 as the policy shock, we select the county panel data from 2015-2021 to prove that the government procurement policy of “832 Platform” indeed have a significant role in helping the economic development of proverty alleviation areas and improving the living standard of the people.Finally, based on the problems existing in the current operation of the “832 Platform”, this paper proposes countermeasures for the further development of the “832 Platform”.更多还原
