【Abstract】 The new quality productive force is led by breakthrough technological innovations and focuses on the optimization and upgrading of production factors as a crucial means to reshape production relations that are adapted to it.It represents an advanced state of productive force that conforms to the new development philosophy.The new quality productive force is an innovation and development of Marxist theories of productive force, informed by the historical process of human-driven transformation of productive forces and deeply rooted in the centennial practice of the Communist Party of China in developing productive forces.It not only exhibits a high degree of logical consistency with high-quality economic development in terms of developmental logic, strategic logic, dialectical logic, and value logic, but also fosters the internal dynamic energy of economic development through new technological business formats, new industrial organizations, and new modes of production.It signifies a shift in China’s economic development from the accumulation of “quantity” to a breakthrough in “quality” and is the necessary path to promote high-quality economic development.On the new journey, to accelerate the cultivation and development of the new quality productive forces, it is essential to continuously improve the ecosystem for scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, adapt measures in line with local conditions to foster the new quality productive forces, enhance the system for cultivating innovative talents, and build a green, low-carbon, and circular economy.It is also imperative to deepen internal reforms and expand high-standard opening up externally, propelling China’s economy to achieve stable and long-term high-quality development through a leap in high-level productive forces.更多还原
