【摘要】 本文基于中国调查与数据中心对全国2023届高校毕业生的抽样调查数据，从毕业生的毕业去向、简历录用率及就业满意度三个方面来考察高校毕业生的就业质量，然后进一步从毕业生个人、家庭及学校三个方面来分析影响高校毕业生就业质量的因素。研究发现，高校毕业生的个人因素、家庭因素及学校因素对毕业去向、简历录用率及就业满意度有显著影响。提升大学生就业质量应关注学生的群体差异，通过政府的政策引领、学校的就业帮扶、家庭的资源支持促进毕业生个人就业能力的提升，多方联动促进大学生高质量就业。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is based on the survey data of the 2023 batch of college graduates across China,collected by the National Survey Research Center at Renmin University o China. It examines the employment quality of college graduates from three aspects:the direction of graduates’ post-graduation,resume acceptance rate,and job satisfaction. Further,it analyzes the factors influencing the employment quality of college graduates from three dimensions:individual factors of the graduates,family factors,and school factors. The study finds that the personal factors of college graduates,family factors,and school factors significantly affect their post-graduation directions,resume acceptance rate,and job satisfaction. To enhance the employment quality of university students,it is important to focus on the group differences among students. A multi-faceted approach involving government policy guidance,university employment assistance,and family resource support should be employed to improve the individual employment capabilities of graduates,thereby promoting high-quality employment for university students.更多还原
