【摘要】 目的：客观评价解毒洗药治疗脂质硬皮症（LDS）的疗效。方法：选取LDS患者68例，随机分为试验组38例和对照组30例，分别应用解毒洗药和等温等量清水外洗并配合基础治疗（28±2）d。应用彩色多普勒超声和数字式皮温皮阻计，记录治疗前后客观指标和临床症状积分，评价治疗效果。结果：治疗前2组临床症状评分差异无统计学意义（均P>0.05），治疗后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组和对照组有效率分别为92.11%(35/38)和76.67%(23/30)。治疗后2组皮肤温度、浅筋膜层厚度的差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05），深筋膜厚度、筋膜弹性指数差异均无统计学意义（均P>0.05）。结论：彩色多普勒超声可直接测量筋膜厚度及筋膜弹性指数，在疗效评价方面优势显著。解毒洗药治疗LDS临床效果显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，降低病变皮肤温度和皮肤浅筋膜层厚度，但对深筋膜厚度和筋膜弹性指数的改善不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of detoxification washing medicine in the treatment of lipodermatosclerosis(LDS). Methods:68 LDS patients were randomly divided into the test group(38 cases) and the control group(30 cases),applied with the detoxification washing medicine and isothermal amount of water respectively,associating with the conventional therapy for(28±2)d. In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect,color Doppler ultrasound technology and digital skin thermometer were applied to record the objective indicators and the score of clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Results:There was no significant difference of the symptoms score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while there was significant difference after treatment(P<0.05). The effective rate of the test group and the control group was 92.11% and 76.67%. After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups on the changes of skin temperature and the thickness of the superficial fascia(both P<0.05),while there were no significant differences on the thickness of the deep fascia or fascial elastic index(both P>0.05). Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasound can directly measure the thickness of fascia and fascial elastic index,has significant advantages in the evaluation of curative effect. The effect of detoxification washing medicine on the treatment of LDS is remarkable,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the lesion skin temperature and the thickness of the skin superficial fascia,but it is not obvious on the improvement of thickness of the deep fascia and fascia elasticity index.更多还原
