【摘要】 目的 了解急性白血病(acute leukemia, AL)患者创伤后成长(post-traumatic growth, PTG)现状，探讨正性信息注意偏向在不同健康心理控制源(health locus of control, HLC)与PTG间的中介效应，为提高患者PTG水平提供依据。方法 2022年6月至2023年3月，采用便利抽样法选取河北省某三级甲等医院血液内科的AL患者201例为研究对象，采用多维度健康心理控制源量表、正性信息注意偏向量表、创伤后成长量表等对其进行调查。结果 AL患者PTG总分为[62(49.5,70.00)]分，与健康权威人士控制(powerful others HLC,P-HLC)、正性信息注意偏向均呈正相关(均P<0.01),与健康机遇控制(chance HLC,C-HLC)呈负相关(P<0.05);正性信息注意偏向在P-HLC与PTG间起部分中介作用，在I-HLC与PTG间起完全中介作用。结论 正性信息注意偏向在不同HLC与PTG间发挥的作用机制不同，护理人员可根据患者HLC类型，进行针对性的施护，从而提升PTG。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status quo of posttraumatic growth(PTG) in patients with acute leukemia(AL) and the mediating effect of positive information attentional bias between different types of health locus of control and PTG in AL patients, and to provide reference for improving the PTG level.Methods From June 2022 to March 2023,201 AL patients from the Department of Hematology in a tertiary A hospital was selected by the convenience sampling method.A survey was conducted with the Multidimensional Health Locus of Control Scale, the Positive Information Attentional Bias Scale, and the Posttraumatic Growth Scale.Results The total score of PTG in AL patients was [62(49.5,70.00)],which was positively correlated with Powerful Others HLC(P-HLC) and positive information attentional bias(both P<0.01).It was negatively correlated with Chance HLC(C-HLC)(P<0.05).Positive information attentional bias played a partial mediating role between P-HLC and PTG,while a complete mediating role between I-HLC and PTG.Conclusion The mechanism of positive information attention bias functions differently between HLC and PTG as the HLC varies.Clinical nurses can carry out targeted nursing measures according to the HLC type of patients, so as to improve the PTG.更多还原
