【摘要】 目的 全面、系统地收集国内外照顾者对慢性病患者自我护理贡献的评估工具，总结并分析目前评估工具的构建方法、特点及如何选择，为以后国内开发相关标准化评估工具提供指导。方法 遵循范围综述指南，系统检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、Scopus、中国知网、万方以及维普等数据库，以及1个灰色文献数据库及相关网站。结果 最终纳入20篇文献，包含11种评估工具。9个评估工具直接改编自其患者版本，2个评估工具针对照顾者的特点开发。国内目前汉化2个，自主开发1个。纳入的评估工具大多来自意大利，研究对象主要集中在患有多种慢性病以及心力衰竭的患者中。结论 目前评估照顾者对慢性病患者自我护理贡献的工具多改编自患者版本，且部分工具信效度有所欠缺。未来医疗科研人员可遵循基于共识选择健康测量工具的标准，依托理论框架或规范指南从二元视角，围绕本国居民的文化特点进一步开发和验证照顾者对慢性病患者自我护理贡献的评估工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehensively collect assessment tools of caregivers’ contributions to self-care among patients with chronic illness both domestically and internationally, and to summarize and analyze the construction methods, characteristics, and selection criteria of these tools, and finally to provide guidance for the future development of standardized assessment tools in the domestic context.Methods Following the guidelines for scoping reviews, systematic searches were conducted across nine databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL,Scopus, CNKI,Wanfang data, and VIP,along with one gray literature database and relevant websites.Results 20 articles, encompassing 11 assessment tools, were included in the final analysis.9 tools were directly adapted from their patient versions, while 2 tools were specifically developed for caregivers.Currently, 2 tools have been translated into Chinese, and 1 has been independently developed.Most of the included assessment tools came from Italy, and the study subjects mainly focused on patients with multiple chronic conditions and heart failure.Conclusions Most assessment tools of caregivers’ contributions to self-care among patients with chronic illness are adapted from patient versions, and some exhibit deficiencies in terms of reliability and validity.Future healthcare researchers are encouraged to follow Consensus-based Standards for the selection of health measurement instruments, utilize theoretical frameworks or standard guidelines, adopt a dyadic perspective, and consider cultural nuances to further develop and validate assessment tools for caregivers’ contributions to patients’ self-care in chronic diseases.更多还原
