离心泵内部流态分析与试验验证
Internal Flow Analysis and Experimental Verification of Centrifugal Pumps
【摘要】 分析叶轮前端配置空间导叶的离心式泵流动特性。借助计算流体力学(CFD)软件,采用S-A湍流模型与N-S方程进行封闭计算,计算泵内流道湍流场。分析表明:随进水流速增加,泵叶片工作面及背面压差梯度递减;叶片流道空间位置存在“涡流”,其位置与进水流速无关;流量增大,过流通道内切向速度梯度减小。研究表明:针对离心泵内部复杂三维流动及水力性能进行预测的数值模拟分析可靠。
【Abstract】 The flow characteristics of centrifugal pump with space guide vane in front of impeller are analyzed. With the help of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software, S-A turbulence model and N-S equation are used to calculate the turbulent field in the pump channel. The analysis shows that the pressure gradient of the working face and back of the pump blade decreases with the increase of inlet flow velocity. There is "eddy current" in the space position of blade channel, and its position has nothing to do with inlet velocity. As the flow rate increases, the tangential velocity gradient in the passage decreases. The results show that the numerical simulation for predicting the complex three-dimensional flow and hydraulic performance of centrifugal pumps is reliable.
