【摘要】 新型城镇化是中国式现代化的必由之路，是经济发展的重要动力，也是一项重要的民生工程。党的十八大以来，以人为核心的新型城镇化战略得到全面实施，城镇化水平和质量大幅提升，同时也面临新的发展机遇和挑战。本文提出深化拓展以人为本、“四化”融合、城乡统筹、生态文明、文化繁荣的新型城镇化发展道路，并提出推动中国特色新型城镇化高质量发展的六大重点方向，即积极推进“人的城镇化”、促进“四化”良性互动和融合发展、着力优化城镇化空间布局、建设绿色低碳的生态城市、弘扬中华优秀传统文化和加强城市公共治理模式创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 New urbanization is crucial to achieve Chinese Modernization. It is an important driving force for economic development and also an important project to improve people’s livelihood. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has implemented a people-oriented new urbanization strategy which has significantly improved the level and quality of urbanization. At the same time, new urbanization also faces new development opportunities and challenges. Based on the principle that efforts should be made to steadily advance both urbanization and the quality of urbanization, this article proposes further exploration of the development path to a people-oriented new urbanization which can integrate the development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization, and promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas, ecological progress, and cultural prosperity. In addition, this article puts forward six major strategies to promote the high-quality development of new urbanization with Chinese characteristics, including actively promoting the people-oriented urbanization, advancing the coordinated and integrated development of industrialization, urbanization, informatization, and agricultural modernization, optimizing the overall layout of urbanization, building eco-cities which are green and low-carbon, carrying forward fine traditional Chinese culture, and strengthening the innovation in urban governance.更多还原
