CANDU6型重水堆消氢系统有效性研究

【摘要】 CANDU6型重水堆核电厂严重事故中,燃料包壳、压力管及排管的锆氧化将会产生大量的氢气,氢气浓度达到一定数值时,可能在安全壳内发生氢气的燃烧、爆燃或爆炸,形成较大的压力载荷,从而对安全壳的完整性造成威胁。本文采用MAAP-CANDU (5.00A版)程序建立CANDU6型重水堆一体化严重事故分析模型,包括堆芯、一回路系统、二回路系统、安全壳、严重事故预防与缓解系统,分析研究了全厂断电(SBO)、出口集管大破口(LLOCA)等典型严重事故工况下重水堆核电厂安全壳内消氢系统的有效性。分析结果表明:在非能动氢气复合器有效的情况下,氢气复合器可有效消除氢气,安全壳各个房间内的氢气浓度均不超过4%,安全壳隔间发生爆燃或爆炸的可能性极低,CANDU6型重水堆非能动氢气复合器的数量和布置方案是合理的。

【Abstract】 During severe accident of the CANDU6 nuclear power plant, the zirconium oxidation of the fuel cladding, pressure tubes, and calandria tubes will produce a large amount of hydrogen. When the hydrogen concentration reaches a certain value, hydrogen combustion,deflagration or explosion may occur inside the containment, producing a large pressure load and posing a threat to the integrity of contain-ment. This paper use the MAAP-CANDU( version 5.00A) to establish an integrated severe accident analysis model for the CANDU6heavy water reactor, including the core, primary and secondary systems, containment, severe accident prevention and mitigation systems,et al. The effectiveness of hydrogen control system in the CANDU6 containment are studied with typical severe accident scenario such as station blackout( SBO), outlet header large LOCA( LLOCA). The analysis results show that, with passive hydrogen recombiners(PAR) in effective, PAR can effectively eliminate hydrogen, and the hydrogen concentration in each room of containment does not ex-ceed 4%. The possibility of detonation or explosion in the containment compartment is extremely low. The number and arrangement of PAR in CANDU6 heavy water reactor are reasonable.
