高职“岗赛课证融通、分层递进、立体成才”的专业人才培养体系构建研究——以南充职业技术学院电子信息类专业为例

【摘要】 基于人工智能、大数据、5G技术等新一代电子信息技术快速发展,社会对信息类人才的素质要求逐渐提升,而目前高职电子信息类专业学生的技能素养往往滞后于电子信息产业的要求。以职业技能竞赛为导向,构建岗位角色模型为核心的人才培养体系,通过分层次、分类别地培养学生的专业技能,探索“岗赛课证融通、分层递进、立体成才”培养模式,提出构建多形式、多途径、立体化的人才培养理念,这对提高高职电子信息类专业人才培养质量、增强人才适应性具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of new generation electronic information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and 5G technology,the society’s demand for the quality of information talents is gradually increasing. However,the skills and literacy of vocational college students majoring in electronic information often lag behind the requirements of the electronic information industry. Guided by vocational skills competitions,a talent cultivation system with a job role model as the core is constructed.By cultivating students’ professional skills in a hierarchical and classified manner,the“integration of post,competition,courses and,certificates,hierarchical progression,and three-dimensional talent development”training model is explored. A multi-form,multi-path,and three-dimensional talent cultivation concept is proposed,which has a positive significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation in electronic information majors in higher vocational education and enhancing talent adaptability.
