薄抹灰外墙外保温系统(ETICS)供应商认证制度探索

【摘要】 薄抹灰外墙外保温系统(ETICS)在我国规模化推广应用已有20余年,陆续暴露出火灾、脱落、开裂、渗水等问题,一些地区已开始限制其应用,如何加强ETICS质量控制和管理成为业内关注的焦点。我国ETICS的相关产品标准和试验方法均基于EOTA的ETAG 004建立,但并未建立基于系统供应商概念的认证制度,存在质量管理和控制的漏洞。ETICS系统供应商认证制度的建立,是弥补质量管理和控制漏洞的重要手段,从技术和管理的双重角度,使薄抹灰外墙外保温行业更加专业化、标准化、规范化,在双碳战略背景下,有助于ETICS质量提高和风险溯源管控,对于我国建筑节能产业发展有积极意义。

【Abstract】 External thermal insulation composites system(ETICS) has been widely applied in China over two decades,and has gradually exposed prominent problems such as fire, peeling, cracking, and water seepage. The restriction of using ETICS has been published in some regions. Therefore, the quality control and management of ETICS has drawn increasing interests. The relevant product standards and experimental methods of ETICS in China are built based on ETAG 004 of EOTA, but there is no certification based on the concept of system suppliers, which has loopholes in quality management and control. The establishment of ETICS system suppliers certification is an important means to fill the gaps in quality management and control. From the dual perspectives of technology and management, it can make the building exterior wall insulation industry more specialized, standardized, and regulated. In the context of “dual carbon” strategy,it is conducive to the continuous improvement and risk traceability control of ETICS quality, which has a positive significance for promoting the development of China’s building energy-saving industry.
