钢结构全过程设计系统的研发和应用
Development and application of integrated design system for steel structures
【摘要】 钢结构设计包含计算分析、施工图设计、深化设计等阶段,目前各设计阶段的信息数据相互独立,重复建模导致的数据丢失情况严重。介绍了3D3S钢结构全过程设计系统中参数化建模关键技术,包含杆件建模、节点编辑和建模、钢筋建模、参数化模板绘图、模型交互和数据接口。在此基础上,介绍了此系统在工业钢结构建筑和PEC结构中应用。3D3S钢结构全过程设计系统包括3D3S_Design和3D3S_Solid两大模块,3D3S_Design用于进行计算分析和施工图设计,3D3S_Solid用于进行深化设计和其他BIM应用。3D3S_Design和3D3S_Solid在后台实现模型信息实时联动,打通了各设计阶段信息交互的壁垒,避免了重复建模,提高了设计效率。与BIM正向设计相比,该系统符合传统流程、易于推广。
【Abstract】 Steel structure design includes calculation analysis, construction drawing design and detail design and so on. At present the information and data in different design stages are independent of each other, and the repetitive modeling may lead to loss of information and data. The key technologies of parametric modeling in the 3D3S integrated design system for steel structures were introduced, including member modeling, node editing and modeling, steel bar modeling, parametric template drawing, model interaction and data interface. On this basis, the applications of this system in industrial steel structure building and PEC structure were introduced.The 3D3S integrated design system includes two modules of 3D3S_Design and 3D3S_Solid, in which 3D3S_Design can be used for calculation analysis and construction drawing design, and 3D3S_Solid is for detail design and other BIM applications. The real-time model linkage of all the information and data between 3D3S_Design and 3D3S_Solid is realized in the background, which breaks down the barriers between the design processes, avoids the repeated modeling, and improves the design efficiency. Compared with the BIM forward design, the system conforms to traditional processes and has less resistance to promotion.
