装配式混凝土建筑主体结构易建性标准化设计的实践研究

【摘要】 阐述了易建性标准化设计的理论,建筑业的标准化应以“便于施工”的标准化为基础,不必被“绝对统一”标准化所限制。探讨了通过易建性标准化设计来降低建造成本、提升施工效率,以使整个建造过程获得综合最优效益的理论方法。以某大型工程作为实证项目,开展了易建性主体结构标准化设计研究,从制作工艺、设计方案、运输及施工等多个方面综合考虑,对预制主体结构构件进行绝对标准化、相对标准化及易建性标准化相结合的设计,并提出了各类构件详细标准化设计措施,为装配式建筑的标准化技术遴选、预制构件的模具通用性、装配式构件供应链优化、建造工艺革新、项目管理创新提供理论支撑。

【Abstract】 The theory of standardized design for buildability was elaborated. The standardization of the construction industry should be based on "ease of construction" standardization, and should not be limited by "absolute uniformity" standardization. Through the standardized design for buildability that can reduces building costs and improves construction efficiency. The theoretical method for comprehensive optimal benefits of construction process was explored. A large-scale engineering project was used as an empirical project to conduct research on standardized design of main structure buildability. From multiple aspects such as production process, design scheme, transportation, and construction, a combination of absolute standardization, relative standardization, and ease of construction standardization was carried out for the design of prefabricated main structures. Detailed standardized design measures for various components were proposed, providing theoretical support for the selection of standardized technology for prefabricated buildings, the universality of molds for prefabricated components, the optimization of prefabricated component supply chain, construction process innovation, and project management innovation.
