【Abstract】 In recent years, the incidence of anxiety has significantly increased, and the mental health issues of the public have once again received attention. At present, clinical doctors working in the field of art therapy have proven that traditional art forms such as painting, photography, music, and drama can provide assistance for people’s emotional therapy. Unlike traditional media, image art therapy, as an emerging art therapy method born in the information age, is more in line with people’s preferences for media in the new era. Analyzing the five characteristics exhibited by image art therapy and exploring the practical operational methods of image art therapy from the perspectives of creative orientation and reception orientation can lay the foundation for future development of image art therapy.更多还原
