基于动态Latch比较器的OTP读取机制设计
Design of OTP Reading Mechanism Using Dynamic Latch Comparator
【摘要】 阐述一种利用动态Latch比较器的OTP存储器读取机制设计。通过一种电流转电压支路,将存储单元的状态转换成电压信号,利用比较器与动态Latch的结合,通过严格设计的读取时序读出存储单元的状态并进行锁存。该电路设计功耗低、读取速度快、抗干扰能力强且能够在恶劣条件下正常工作。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a design of OTP memory read mechanism using dynamic Latch comparator. It converts the state of the storage unit into a voltage signal through a current to voltage branch, and uses a combination of a comparator and dynamic latch to read out the state of the storage unit through a strictly designed read timing and latch it. This circuit design has low power consumption, fast reading speed, strong anti-interference ability, and can work normally under harsh conditions.
