【Abstract】 This paper describes a design of OTP memory read mechanism using dynamic Latch comparator. It converts the state of the storage unit into a voltage signal through a current to voltage branch, and uses a combination of a comparator and dynamic latch to read out the state of the storage unit through a strictly designed read timing and latch it. This circuit design has low power consumption, fast reading speed, strong anti-interference ability, and can work normally under harsh conditions.更多还原
