脑膜瘤复发相关分子特征研究进展
Research progress on molecular characteristics of meningioma recurrence
【摘要】 脑膜瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性肿瘤,大多可通过手术切除及放化疗等手段治愈。但脑膜瘤复发率较高,其整体复发率为10%~20%。探索脑膜瘤复发的机制是当前的研究热点。本文就脑膜瘤复发相关分子特征的研究进展进行综述,概述染色体拷贝数、基因组、蛋白组及表观遗传学等改变,以期为脑膜瘤诊断、治疗及预后提供更精准的分子标志物。
【Abstract】 Meningioma is the most common primary tumor of the central nervous system, which can mostly be cured through surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. The recurrence rate of meningioma is relatively high, with an overall recurrence rate of 10% to 20%. At present, exploring the mechanism of meningioma recurrence is a research hotspot. This article reviews the research progress on molecular characteristics of meningioma recurrence, including chromosome copy number, genome, proteome, and epigenetics, so as to provide accurate molecular markers for the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of meningioma.
