一种声学覆盖层用弹性防护涂层的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Performance Research of an Elastic Protective Coating for Acoustic Covering Layer
【摘要】 以液化MDI、端氨基聚醚、胺类扩链剂等原材料制备了一种用于橡胶类声学覆盖层表面的弹性聚脲防护材料,并对该材料进行阻燃性能改性。考察了该喷涂聚脲材料的力学性能、声学性能、耐环境性能以及阻燃性能。结果表明,该材料力学性能和耐环境性能优异,阻燃改性后材料的氧指数可以达到27。在配合专用底漆后,该材料与声学覆盖层的附着力良好,可以对声学覆盖层提供有效防护。
【Abstract】 An elastic polyurea protective material for the surface of rubber acoustic covering layer was prepared by using liquified MDI 50, amino-terminated polyether, amine chain extender, etc. Its flame retardant property was modified. The mechanical and acoustic properties, environmental resistance and flame retardancy were studied. The results showed that the material had excellent mechanical properties and environmental resistance, and the oxygen index of the modified material could reach 27. When combined with a special primer, the material had a good adhesion to the acoustic cover and could provide effective protection for the acoustic cover.
