【摘要】 在分析新时代给排水专业劳动教育目标的基础上，提出了“高校-企业-家庭-社会”多方协同的劳动育人模式与实施途径。具体而言，通过高校劳动育人平台训练大学生从事专业劳动的技能；通过生产劳动实践引导大学生感受劳动创造的价值；通过家庭日常生活劳动锻炼大学生处理生活事务的能力；通过社会公益劳动强化大学生的社会责任感。上述劳动育人模式在河北农业大学给排水科学与工程专业的实践中，体现了鲜明的思想性、突出的社会性、显著的实践性，对培养德智体美劳全面发展的高级工程技术人才起到了积极作用，同步促进了相应行业企业的高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the labor education objectives of water supply and drainage specialty in the new era, this paper puts forward the labor education mode and implementation ways through universityenterprise-family-society collaboration, specifically, promoting college students’ skills in professional labor through labor training in colleges and universities, guiding college students to feel the value created by labor through production labor practice, training college students’ ability to deal with life affairs through family daily life labor, and strengthening college students’ sense of social responsibility through social public welfare labor.The practice of water supply and drainage major in Hebei Agricultural University in the above labor education model embodies distinct ideology, prominent sociality and remarkable practicality, plays a positive role in cultivating senior engineering and technical talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence,physique, art and labor, and simultaneously promotes the high-quality development of enterprises in corresponding industries.更多还原
