【摘要】 目的 探究阿立哌唑治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症的疗效。方法 便利选取2020年3月—2023年3月厦门市仙岳医院（厦门市精神卫生中心）收治的44例青少年精神分裂症患者为研究对象；依据不同治疗方法分为对照组（22例，利培酮片治疗）和观察组（22例，阿立哌唑治疗）。比较两组患者的精神症状评分、临床疗效、神经递质水平。结果 治疗前，两组患者的精神症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗2周、4周、8周后，观察组精神症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%(22/22)，高于对照组的81.82%(18/22)，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.400,P=0.035）。治疗后，观察组血清多巴胺、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素指标水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 儿童青少年精神分裂症患者以阿立哌唑治疗可以更好的控制精神症状，改善患者神经递质水平，获取理想疗效，有临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia in children and adolescents. Methods A total of 44 adolescent schizophrenic patients admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital(Xiamen Mental Health Center) from March 2020 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(22 cases, risperidone tablets treatment) and observation group(22 cases, aripiprazole treatment) by different treatment methods. The mental symptom scores, clinical efficacy and neurotransmitters levels were compared between patients in two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of mental symptoms between patients in two groups(P>0.05). After 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of mental symptoms in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%(22/22),which was higher than 81.82%(18/22) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2= 4.400,P=0.035). After treatment, the serum levels of dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole treatment in children and adolescents with schizophrenia can better control mental symptoms, improve the level of neurotransmitters in patients, and obtain ideal curative effect, which has clinical value.更多还原
