【摘要】 目的 分析专病定制延续护理干预应用于小儿皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征（以下简称川崎病）的效果。方法采用双盲法选取2021年1月—2023年1月于聊城市人民医院儿科就诊的82例川崎病患儿为研究对象，依据随机数表法将其分为常规护理的对照组（n=41）、专病定制延续护理干预的研究组（n=41），比较患儿依从评分、生活质量和满意度。结果 研究组患儿的护理依从性评分为（91.13±2.13）分高于对照组的（85.75±2.14）分，差异有统计学意义（t=11.407,P<0.05）。护理后，研究组患儿的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组家长护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 专病定制延续护理干预应用于小儿川崎病的效果确切，对患儿预后有积极影响，且护理依从评分和生活质量较好，从而提高患儿家属的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of special disease customized continuous nursing intervention on children with mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome(hereinafter referred to as Kawasaki disease). Methods A total of 82 children with Kawasaki disease who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Liaocheng People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects by double-blind method. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group of routine nursing(n=41) and the study group of customized continuous nursing intervention for special diseases(n=41). The compliance score, quality of life and satisfaction of children were compared. Results The nursing compliance score of the study group was(91.13±2.13) points higher than(85.75±2.14) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.409, P<0.05). After nursing, the quality of life scores of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of customized continuous nursing intervention on children with Kawasaki disease is definite, which has a positive impact on the prognosis of children, and the nursing compliance score and quality of life are better, so as to improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s families.更多还原
