【摘要】 目的 探讨康复训练结合针灸治疗早期偏瘫下肢运动功能障碍的临床价值。方法 方便选取2018年7月—2023年7月镇江市第一人民医院康复医学科收治的52例早期偏瘫下肢运动功能障碍患者为研究对象，按随机抽签法分为两组，探讨组采取康复训练结合针灸治疗，常态组采取常规针灸治疗，每组26例。对比两组治疗有效率、偏瘫运动功能量表（Brunnstrom）、步态评估评分量表（Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Gait, FMA）及功能综合评定量表（Functional Comprehensive Assessment, FCA）、步态情况（步速、步频）。结果 探讨组治疗有效率高于常态组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组Brunnstrom、FMA及FCA评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05）；治疗后，探讨组Brunnstrom、FMA及FCA评分（4.02±0.28）、（79.23±0.51）、（92.61±1.52）分，高于常态组，差异有统计学意义（t=3.597、112.696、30.076,P均<0.05）。治疗前，两组步态情况对比常态组，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，探讨组步速、步频均优于常态组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论早期偏瘫下肢运动功能障碍患者利用针灸、康复组训练治疗，有利于减轻患者肌肉痉挛，提高四肢的活动能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of rehabilitation group training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of early hemiplegic lower limb motor dysfunction. Methods A total of 52 patients with early hemiplegic lower extremity motor dysfunction of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Zhenjiang First People’s Hospital form July 2018 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random drawing method. The study group took rehabilitation group training combined with acupuncture treatment, and the normal group took routine acupuncture treatment, with 26 cases in each group. The treatment effectiveness, Brunnstrom,Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Gait(FMA) and Functional comprehensive assessment(FCA), and gait condition(pace,stride frequency) were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in Brunnstrom, FMA and FCA scores between the two groups(all P>0.05). After treatment, Brunnstrom, FMA and FCA scores in the study group(4.02±0.28) points,(79.23±0.51) points,(92.61±1.52)points were higher than those in the normal group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.597, 112.696,30.076, all P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the gait speed and step frequency of the study group were better than those of the normal group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion Early hemiplegia patients with lower extremity motor dysfunction treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation group training is beneficial to reduce the muscle spasm of patients and improve the mobility of limbs.更多还原
