【摘要】 实证分析了2018-2022年31个省（自治区、直辖市）数字乡村建设与农业高质量发展的综合评价指数、耦合协调度及影响两者协调发展的障碍因素。测算结果表明：数字乡村建设与农业高质量发展水平整体呈上升趋势，前者在2021年开始超过后者；截至2022年数字乡村建设与农业高质量发展并未达到耦合协调状态，但二者协同发展态势显著；阻碍耦合协调度提升的因素主要有农村数字交易水平、农村数字基地、水资源和科技支出。据此，提出以兴办农村数字基地、提升数字交易水平为重点，推动数字乡村建设；以加强水资源利用，加大科技支出为重点，实现农业高质量发展；以跨区域互助帮扶的空间联动效应推动数字乡村建设与农业高质量发展协调发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comprehensive evaluation index, the degree of coupling coordination and the obstacles affecting the coordinated development of digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China from 2018 to 2022 were empirically analyzed. The results showed that the overall level of digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development was on the rise, and the former had been better than the latter since 2021.The coordination of digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development was remarkable in 2022 although they were not in coupling coordination because of the level of rural digital transactions, rural digital bases,water resources, and scientific and technological expenditures. Countermeasures were proposed to promote digital rural construction with rural digital bases and high level of digital transactions, to achieve high-quality agricultural development with water resources and scientific and technological expenditures, and to promote the coordinated development of digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development with the spatial linkage effect of cross-regional mutual assistance and support.更多还原
