【摘要】 老旧小区在城市中占比较大，是城市改造治理的重点区域。当前老旧小区照明条件差，对老年居民的夜间出行造成了极大不便与潜在威胁。该文以老年居民“安全需求”为导向，以自理老年人的基本身体状况和夜间行为特征为基础，通过理论梳理和实地调研的方式归纳出老旧小区交通、休闲、景观、辅助四大功能空间的照明环境特点。以北方三个典型老旧小区为例，基于观察、访谈和发放问卷的方法，得到老年居民对不同功能区夜间“安全感”的评价，并对安全感知影响因素和空间要素进行对照分析。提出基于老年居民安全感知影响因素的改造优化建议，以期为老旧小区适老化照明环境的提升建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Old residential areas account for a relatively large proportion in cities and are important areas for urban renovation and governance.The current poor lighting conditions in old residential areas have caused great inconvenience and potential threats to the nighttime activities of elderly residents. Guided by the "safety needs" of elderly residents, based on the basic physical condition and behavior characteristics of self-care elderly people, through theoretical analysis and field research, we summarize the lighting environment characteristics of four major functional spaces of transportation, leisure, landscape, and auxiliary in old residential areas. Taking three typical old residential areas in the north as examples, based on observation, interviews, and questionnaire, the evaluation of elderly residents on their sense of safety at night in different functional areas was obtained, and the influencing factors and spatial elements of safety perception were compared and analyzed.Finally we propose renovation and optimization suggestions based on the factors affecting the safety perception of elderly residents, in order to provide reference for the improvement and construction of aging friendly lighting environment in old residential areas.更多还原
