基于物联网的非侵入式负荷状态监控系统设计
Design of Non-intrusive Load Condition Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things
【摘要】 针对电子工艺实验室因设备多、类型多而带来的管理困难和安全隐患问题,利用物联网技术研发一种非侵入式负荷状态监控系统.该系统包含监测节点和服务器两部分,前者用于负荷状态识别,后者负责统计与控制.为准确识别节点上的设备状态,在监测节点端设计非侵入式负荷状态监测算法,其包括多状态负荷分离、状态特征提取和负荷识别等过程.真实场景的实验结果表明,研发的系统可以准确地监控电子工艺实验室的设备.
【Abstract】 Aiming at the management difficulties and potential safety hazards caused by the large number and types of equipment in the electronic process laboratory, a non-intrusive load state monitoring system was developed by using the Internet of Things technology. The system includes monitoring nodes and servers. The former is used for load status identification, and the latter is responsible for statistics and control. At the same time, in order to accurately identify the equipment state on the node, a non-intrusive load state monitoring algorithm is designed at the monitoring node end, including multi-state load separation, state feature extraction and load identification processes. Experimental results in real-world scenarios show that the developed system can accurately monitor the equipment in the electronic process laboratory.
