动态能力和生态治理匹配下的制造企业竞争优势研究

【摘要】 基于动态能力与二元治理理论,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探索动态能力与生态治理联动匹配影响制造企业竞争优势的组态路径。研究发现:(1)动态能力与生态治理不是产生高水平竞争优势的必要条件。(2)治理-能力双驱型和能力单驱型能够产生高水平竞争优势,治理-能力双缺型会导致非高水平竞争优势。(3)对于高技术产业企业,治理-能力双驱型、治理单驱型和能力单驱型前因组态可产生高水平竞争优势,治理-能力双缺型和治理单缺型会导致非高水平竞争优势;而对于中低技术产业企业,治理-能力双驱型和能力单驱型可产生高水平竞争优势,治理-能力双缺型和能力单缺型会导致非高水平竞争优势。

【Abstract】 Drawing on the theories of dynamic capabilities and dual governance and utilizing fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA), this study explores the configurational pathways through which the interaction between dynamic capabilities and ecological governance impacts the competitive advantage of manufacturing firms. The key findings are as follows:(1) Dynamic capabilities and ecological governance are not sufficient conditions for achieving high levels of competitive advantage.(2) A dual-driven governance-capability model and a capability-only driven model can lead to high levels of competitive advantage, while a dual-lack governance-capability model results in a low competitive advantage.(3) For high-tech industries, the dual-driven governance-capability model, governance-only driven model, and capability-only driven model all contribute to high competitive advantage, whereas the dual-lack governance-capability and governance-only lack models lead to low competitive advantage. For medium-and low-tech industries, the dual-driven governance-capability and capability-only driven models also result in high competitive advantage, while the dual-lack governance-capability and capability-only lack models lead to low competitive advantage.
