【摘要】 目的 评估活络骨康丸联合膳食指导作为骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折(ODRF)的辅助治疗方法对骨折愈合和功能改善的影响。方法 本文选取郑州市骨科医院100例ODRFs患者进行数据研究，诊治时间在2019年3月一2022年3月，根据治疗方法分为试验组50例与对照组50例。两组均行郭氏正骨后常规治疗。对照组给予活络骨康丸，观察组在此基础上联合给予饮食指导。观察两组患者治疗前后的骨密度、骨折愈合、再骨折的发生率，并对患者的运动功能进行评估。结果 给予患者实施对应的治疗后，对比对照组患者的相关数据，观察组骨密度提升更为明显、骨折愈合的时间以及桡骨短缩均显著更少、腕关节功能优良率显著更高，以上组间数据的差异对比均为P<0.05。结论 ODRFs患者实行活络骨康丸联合膳食指导治疗能够加快患者腕关节疼痛的缓解，患者获得良好的功能恢复效果，而且患者骨折愈合快速，还可以针对患者的关节炎等症状进行明显减轻，患者生活活动能力明显改善，而且显著提升患者的腕关节活动度，可以使患者早日恢复正常生活，该研究为有效治疗骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者提供一个可供选择的理想治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Huoluo Gukang pills combined with dietary guidance as an adjuvant treatment for osteoporotic distal radius fracture(ODRF) on fracture healing and functional improvement. Methods A total of 100 patients with ODRFs admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group(50 cases) and the control group(50 cases) according to the treatment methods. Both groups underwent conventional treatment after Guo’s orthopedics. The control group was given Huoluo Gukang pills, and the observation group was given dietary guidance on this basis. The incidence of bone mineral density, fracture healing and refracture before and after treatment was observed in the two groups, and the patients’ motor function was evaluated. Results After treatment, compared with the relevant data of the control group, the bone mineral density in the observation group increased more significantly, the fracture healing time and radius shortening were significantly less, and the rate of excellent and good wrist joint function was significantly higher, and the difference between the above groups was all P<0.05. Conclusion The combination of Huoluo Gukang Pill and dietary guidance for patients with ODRFs can accelerate the relief and functional recovery of wrist pain, and is conducive to fracture healing, and can reduce symptoms such as arthritis, restore their ability to live and move, improve the range of motion of the wrist joint, meet the needs of patients for early rehabilitation, and enable patients to obtain better clinical functions, and to select the ideal treatment for the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fracture.更多还原
