【摘要】 董恂是晚清朝廷重臣，他在1840年通过科举考试步入仕途。做官之余，董恂醉心于著述，其著述颇丰，有笔记、诗文、赋、自编年谱、《儿女英雄传》评点、镇志，以及大运河水利专著等，大运河专著《江北运程》是其最重要的作品。身处东西方文明剧烈交锋与碰撞的新旧交替时代，董恂的思想较为复杂。其开明和进步的一面表现在，一是助力开眼看世界、积极学习和接受新事物；二是主张在处理中国与列强之间事务过程中利用《万国公法》维护国家利益；三是推崇和践行扬州学派经世致用的思想。董恂也有其局限性，如反对“折漕”,这在某种程度上可说是反对漕粮这种实物赋税的货币化；主张恢复漕运，坚持漕运不可废弃，都是逆时代潮流的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dong Xun was an important official in the late Qing Dynasty,who entered officialdom through the imperial examinations in 1840.Besides his official duties,Dong Xun was devoted to writing and produced numerous works,including notebooks,poems,fugues,self-compiled chronicles,annotations of " Heroes of Sons and Daughters",town chronicles,and specialized works on water conservancy of the Grand Canal.The specialized work on the Grand Canal, "Jiangbei Yuncheng",is his most important work.Living in an era of drastic confrontations and collisions between Eastern and Western civilizations during the transition from the old to the new,Dong Xun’s thoughts were relatively complex.His enlightened and progressive aspects are manifested in:first of all,helping to open his eyes to the world,actively learning and accepting new things;secondly,advocating the use of Elements of International Law to safeguard national interests in handling affairs between China and foreign powers;and thirdly,respecting and practicing the practical and applied thoughts of the Yangzhou School of Confucianism.Dong Xun also had his limitations,such as opposing the "conversion of grain transportation to silver tax",which can be seen as opposing the monetization of grain tax as a kind of in-kind tax,and advocating the restoration of grain transport,insisting that it should not be abandoned,which were against the trend of the times.更多还原
