【摘要】 目的：探讨下腹正中腹横纹小切口在双侧腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院外科2021年6月—2023年6月期间收治的52例双侧腹股沟疝患者，其中18例采用下腹部正中切口患者纳入正中组，34例采用下腹正中腹横纹小切口患者纳入横纹组；所有患者均行开放TEP术，观察两组患者术后切口脂肪液化、切口疼痛、住院时间、外观满意度等情况。结果：横纹组切口脂肪液化率与切口疼痛率均低于正中组，住院时间短于正中组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；横纹组患者对手术切口外观满意度为100.0%(34/34)，显著高于正中组的72.2%(13/18)，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：下腹正中腹横纹小切口在双侧腹股沟疝无张力修补术中具有其独特优势，值得临床运用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of low abdomen median abdominal transverse incision in tensionfree repair of bilateral inguinal hernia.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 52 cases of bilateral inguinal hernia patients admitted to the surgical department of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.Among them,18 patients were included in the median group using lower abdominal median incision,and 34 patients were included in the transverse group using lower abdomen median abdominal transverse incision;All patients underwent open TEP surgery,and postoperative incision fat liquefaction,incision pain,length of hospital stay and appearance satisfaction between the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The fat liquefaction rate and incision pain rate of the transverse group were lower than those of the median group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the median group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate with the appearance of the surgical incision in the transverse group was 100.0%(34/34),significantly higher than 72.2%(13/18) in the median group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower abdomen median abdominal transverse incision has its unique advantages in tension-free repair of bilateral inguinal hernias,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
