【摘要】 目的：分析基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理在改善接受辅助生殖治疗的复发性流产（RSA）患者情绪中的作用。方法：选取70例RSA患者，均在院期间接受辅助生殖治疗，按1:1比例原则随机分为例数相同的两组，即对照组采用常规护理；观察组在此基础上采用基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理；对比两组情绪状态。结果：观察组护理后SAS(35.43±2.04)分、SDS评分（36.10±2.12）分，低于对照组的（43.84±2.50）分、（42.84±2.28）分，坚韧性、力量及乐观性高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理可减轻接受辅助生殖治疗的RSA患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高其心理弹性，值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the role of psychological nursing based on focused resolution mode in improving the mood of patients with recurrent miscarriage(RSA) undergoing assisted reproduction treatment. Methods:A total of 70 patients with RSA were enrolled, all of whom received assisted reproduction treatment during the hospital, and two groups with the same number were randomly divided according to the principle of 1:1 ratio, that is, the control group received usual care. The observation group adopted psychological nursing based on the focused solution model on this basis. Compare the two sets of emotional states. Results:The SAS(35.43±2.04) and SDS scores(36.10±2.12) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(43.84±2.50) and(42.84±2.28), and the toughness, strength and optimism of the control group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological nursing based on focused solution mode can reduce anxiety and depression and improve the psychological resilience of RSA patients receiving assisted reproduction treatment, which is worthy of application.更多还原
