【摘要】 目的：探究耳穴贴压联合手指按压治疗肠梗阻患者的效果。方法：本次研究选取我院2023年5月—2023年10月收治的60例肠梗阻患者，依据随机数字表法分成两个组别。对照组30例患者，对其采取常规治疗和护理；观察组30例患者，对其在对照组基础上采取耳穴贴压联合手指按压治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床相关指标以及患者满意度。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异显著（P <0.05）。观察组腹胀缓解时间为（66.49±7.67）h、肠蠕动恢复时间为（32.68±4.12）h、首次排气时间为（67.16±6.64）h、首次排便时间为（76.42±5.67）h，明显短于对照组，差异显著（P <0.05）。观察组总满意度为93.33%，明显高于对照组的73.33%，差异显著（P <0.05）。结论：肠梗阻患者采用耳穴贴压联合手指按压治疗的效果显著，能够提高治疗总有效率，改善临床症状，使患者更加满意，值得在临床中推广以及实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with finger pressing in patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods:In this study, 60 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.30 patients in the control group received routine treatment and care;30 patients in the observation group were treated with ear acupoint pressing combined with finger pressing on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,clinically relevant indicators and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than70.00%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The remission time of abdominal distension in the observation group was(66.49±7.67) h,the recovery time of intestinal peristalsis was(32.68±4.12) h,the first exhaust time was(67.16±6.64) h,and the first defecation time was(76.42±5.67) h,were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ear acupoint pressing and finger pressing therapy has a significant effect on patients with intestinal obstruction,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve clinical symptoms,and make patients more satisfied.It is worth promoting and implementing in clinical practice.更多还原
