两亲性聚合物纳米胶束制备及其载药方法研究进展

【摘要】 基于聚合物纳米胶束有诸多优点及其制备原理较为简单,近年来对于新型聚合物纳米胶束制备方案的探索及其负载药物进行体外评价的研究也较多。聚合物纳米胶束常用化学偶联法制备,多以嵌段共聚物和壳聚糖衍生物在水中自组装形成胶束作为聚合物载体用以包载所需药物。所制备的聚合物胶束载药方式也很多,有薄膜水化法、透析法、溶剂挥发法、固体分散技术和静电作用法等。梳理了近年来国内外相关文献,就两亲性聚合物载药纳米胶束制备方法研究进展进行综述,包括聚合物纳米胶束的制备方式、聚合物纳米胶束的载药方法及其功能和应用,以期为相关科学研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 In recent years, there have been many studies on the exploration of new polymer nano-micelle preparation schemes and the in vitro e-valuation of drug loading based on the advantages of polymer nano micelle and its relatively simple preparation principle. Polymeric nano micelles are commonly prepared by chemical coupling, in which the block copolymers and chitosan derivatives self-assemble in water to form micelles as polymer carriers for drug delivery. There are many methods for drug delivery of polymer micelles, such as film hydration, dialysis, solvent evaporation, solid dispersion and electrostatic interaction. The progress in research on preparation methods of amphiphilic polymer drug-loaded nano-micelles is re-viewed, including the preparation methods of polymer nano micelles, the drug loading methods of polymer nano micelles, and their functions and ap-plications, in order to provide reference for related scientific research.
