电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定蒙脱石散中锰和锌的不确定度评定

【摘要】 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定蒙脱石散中锰和锌含量的不确定度评定方法。通过建立数学模型,分别对样品称量、样品溶液定容、标准物质的质量浓度、系列标准工作溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合及测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行分析,计算合成标准不确定度以及扩展不确定度。当蒙脱石中锰和锌的质量分数分别为184、137 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度分别为8、7 mg/kg(k=2,置信概率为95%)。评定结果表明,系列标准工作溶液的配制是影响电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定蒙脱石散中锰和锌不确定度的最主要因素,其次为标准物质的质量浓度、标准曲线的拟合和测量重复性引入的不确定度,而样品称量和样品溶液定容引入的不确定度较小。

【Abstract】 A method for evaluating the uncertainty of determination of manganese and zinc in montmorillonite powder by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established. By establishing a mathematical model, the components affecting the uncertainty such as sample weighing, constant volume of sample solution,mass concentration of standard substance, preparation of series standard working solution, fitting of standard curve and measurement repeatability were analyzed respectively, and the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. When the mass fractions of manganese and zinc in montmorillonite were 184 and 137 mg/kg, respectively, the expanded uncertainties were 8 mg/kg and 7 mg/kg, respectively(k=2, confidence probability was 95%). The evaluation results showed that the preparation of a series of standard working solutions was the most important source of uncertainty in the determination of manganese and zinc in montmorillonite powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,followed by the uncertainty introduced by the mass concentration of standard substances,the fitting of standard curves and repeatability,while the uncertainty introduced by sample weighing and constant volume of sample solution was small.
