【Abstract】 With the rapid development and wide application of the intelligent ship technology, the MASS has gradually become an important part of the shipping industry. This paper aims to explore the impact of the ship intelligence level on seafarers’ duties and manning of ships. Based on a systematic review of the the definition, categorization and classification standards of MASS, it analyzes the changes of seafarers’ duties and manning strategies under different intelligence levels, and puts forward suggestions for future manning of MASS to ensure the improvement of shipping safety and efficiency.更多还原
