【摘要】 红色资源见证了中国共产党艰辛而辉煌的奋斗历程，是高校开展思想政治教育的生动教材和鲜活载体。文章探析了高校红色资源的基本特征及其育人功能，结合当前高校红色资源的研究及使用现状，以天津大学对中国共产党早期领导人之一张太雷开展的研究和宣传工作为例，从组织机构、队伍建设、研究成果、平台载体、纪念活动等方面阐述了高校红色资源的实际应用情况，并提出了增强红色资源在高校教育实践活动中实效性的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Red resources witness the arduous and glorious struggle of the Communist Party of China.They are vivid teaching materials and fresh carriers for universities to carry out ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and educational functions of red resources in universities,combined with the current research and use status of red resources in universities.Taking the research and propaganda work of Zhang Tailei,one of the early leaders of the Communist Party of China,in Tianjin University as an example,it expounds the practical application of red resources in universities from the aspects of organizational structure,team building,research results,platform carriers,commemorative activities,etc.Then,it puts forward an effective path to enhance the effectiveness of red resources in university education practice activities.更多还原
