【摘要】 判断甘蔗的起源，中国学者大多采用“原产地”，而西方学者则使用“原生地”标准．由于评判标准不同，中国是甘蔗起源地之一，作为国内学术界的主流观点，受到质疑．但即便是按国外认定的原生地标准进行判断，中国存在着甘蔗原生品种，并且存在着原生甘蔗种植圈，以及与之相匹配的糖品生产工艺，历史文献与诸多文物实证都可以说明，中国不仅是甘蔗的原生地，也是发源地之一，结论毋庸置疑．更多还原

【Abstract】 When determining the origin of sugarcane, Chinese scholars mostly adopt the criterion of the“place of origin”,while Western scholars use the criterion of the “native habitat”. Due to the different evaluation criteria,the mainstream view in Chinese academia that China is one of the places of origin of sugarcane has been questioned. However,even when judged by the newly recognized criterion of native habitats,China has not only native varieties and cropping systems of sugarcane but also sugar production processes that correspond to them. Historical documents and many cultural relics indicate that China is the native habitat of sugarcane and one of its places of origin. This conclusion is certainly beyond doubt.更多还原
