三维超声评价甲状腺结节良恶性的研究进展

【摘要】 甲状腺结节是常见甲状腺疾病,是局部细胞异常增长所引起的病变。恶性甲状腺结节是高发的内分泌系统恶性肿瘤,其诊断方式除了金标准外,超声是临床评估甲状腺结节良恶性的重要手段。三维超声成像技术将计算机三维成像技术和二维超声图像相结合,形成甲状腺结节的三维影像,对于病灶处的观察更加细致、准确。本文旨在对三维超声应用于甲状腺结节良恶性评估等方面研究进行综述,以期为甲状腺结节良恶性诊断提供一定科学依据。

【Abstract】 Thyroid nodules are a common endocrine disorder and can be screened for by observing swallowing and palpation. Malignant thyroid nodules are highly prevalent malignant tumors of the endocrine system. Diagnostic modalities In addition to the gold standard, ultrasound is an important tool in the clinical assessment of the benign and malignant nature of thyroid nodules. Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging combines computerized 3D technology and ultrasonography to create a three-dimensional image of the thyroid nodule, allowing for a more detailed and accurate view of the lesion. The purpose of this paper is to review the studies in this paper aims to provide some scientific basis for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
