【摘要】 目的 探究全程优质护理对肺癌手术患者疼痛程度、生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年3月～2022年11月于本院接受肺癌手术治疗的患者76例，根据护理方案进行分组，采用常规护理方案的42例病人为对照组，采用全程优质护理方案的34例病人为观察组。比较两组的舒适度、疼痛程度、生活质量以及并发症发生率。结果 干预前两组各指标差异比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后，相较于对照组，观察组舒适度各维度评分、生活质量各维度评分均显著增加(P<0.05);NRS评分、并发症总发生率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 全程优质护理应用于肺癌手术患者中，可明显改善患者的舒适度和生活质量，有效缓解疼痛程度，同时并发症发生率较低，值得广泛应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of whole quality care on pain level and quality of life of lung cancer surgery patients. Methods 76 patients who underwent lung cancer surgery in our hospital from March 2022 to November 2022 were selected and grouped according to the nursing program; 42 patients who used conventional nursing program were the control group, and 34 patients who used the whole quality nursing program were the observation group. The comfort, pain level, quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention, the difference of each index between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After the intervention,compared with the control group, the observation group’s comfort scores and quality of life scores increased significantly(P<0.05); NRS scores and the total incidence of complications decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of whole process quality care in lung cancer surgery patients can significantly improve patients’ comfort and quality of life, effectively alleviate the degree of pain, and at the same time, the incidence of complications is low, which is worthy of being widely used in the clinic.更多还原
