不同老化程度对道路石油沥青性能影响

【摘要】 为了探索沥青在不同老化阶段下的性能变化及其与集料的黏附性能,研究采用了50号、70号和90号石油沥青,结合玄武岩、辉绿岩及闪长岩三种不同酸碱性的集料进行实验。通过在旋转薄膜烘箱(RTFOT)和压力老化仪(PAV)中分别模拟沥青的短期和长期老化过程,探讨了沥青的黏度变化、胶体结构稳定性以及黏附功和剥落功的动态变化。结果显示,随着老化的进行,所有沥青的黏度均增加,且高标号沥青的老化敏感性更显著。胶体稳定指数表明了老化沥青胶体结构的不稳定性增加。在黏附功方面,50号沥青随老化程度加深而表现出黏附功的减小,而70号和90号沥青在短期和长期老化后黏附功先减小后略有上升的趋势。剥落功分析显示,随着老化的加深,70号和90号沥青的剥落功减小,而50号沥青剥落功增大;黏度并不能直接反应沥青的黏附性。

【Abstract】 To explore the performance changes of asphalt at dif ferent aging stages and its adhesion performance with aggregates,petroleum asphalts of grade 50, 70 and 90 were utilized, and basalt, diabase, and diorite aggregates with varying acid-base properties were selected to conduct test. The short-term and long-term aging processes of asphalt were simulated using a Rotating Thin Film Oven(RTFOT) and a Pressure Aging Vessel(PAV). Changes in asphalt viscosity, the stability of its colloidal structure, and the dynamics of adhesion work and stripping work were investigated. The experimental results show that as aging progresses, the viscosity of all asphalts increases, with higher-grade asphalts showing more significant aging sensitivity. The colloidal stability index indicates an increase in the instability of the aged asphalt’s colloidal structure. In terms of adhesion work, grade 50 asphalt shows a decrease with deeper aging, while grade 70 and 90 asphalts exhibit a trend of decreasing and then slightly increasing adhesion work after short-term and long-term aging. Stripping work analysis shows that as aging deepens, the stripping work of grade 70 and 90asphalts decreases, while that of grade 50 asphalt increases. Moreover, viscosity does not directly reflect the adhesiveness of asphalt.
