罗丹明6G-聚乙烯亚胺改性纤维素纳米晶的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Rhodamine 6G/Polyethyleneimine Modified Cellulose Nanocrystals
【摘要】 利用罗丹明6G-聚乙烯亚胺(R6G-PEI)对纤维素纳米晶(CNC)化学改性,制备了传感器CNC-PEI-R6G。利用FT-IR、XRD、XPS、UV-vis和PL等分析手段对CNC-PEI-R6G的组成结构和检测性能进行表征。研究表明,氧化时间的长短对双醛纤维素纳米晶(D-CNC)中醛基的含量影响很大。加入Fe3+时,观察到CNC-PEI-R6G溶液变为粉红色,且在566nm处的荧光强度显著增强,实现对水介质中Fe3+的肉眼检测和荧光选择性识别,检测限为0.03mg/kg。此外,CNC-PEI-R6G还可用于准确识别自来水和泳池水等实际水样中的Fe3+。
【Abstract】 The sensor CNC-PEI-R6G was prepared by chemically modifying cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) with rhodamine6G-polyethyleneimine (R6G-PEI).The compositional structure and detection performances of CNC-PEI-R6G were characterized by analysis methods of FT-IR,XRD,XPS,UV-vis,and PL.It was found that oxidation time had a significant influence on the content of aldehyde groups in D-CNC.With the addition of Fe3+,CNC-PEI-R6G solutions turned pink,and the fluorescence intensity at 566 nm was significantly enhanced,realizing naked-eye detection and fluorescence selective recognition of Fe3+in aqueous media,and the detection limit was 0.03 mg/kg.In addition,CNC-PEI-R6G can also be used to accurately identify Fe3+in actual water samples such as tap water and swimming pool water.
