【摘要】 颈动脉粥样硬化病机属本虚标实，以正虚为本、邪实为标。本虚当责之以肾元匮乏、心阳亏虚、脾失健运，邪实兼以痰、湿、浊、瘀等病理因素。治疗应从滋肾、通阳、健脾等不同角度，予以补肾泻浊，通补兼施；燮理阴阳，补而不峻；养血补血，活血化瘀；温通心阳，交通心肾；补脾益气，升清降浊；健脾理中，祛湿化痰等方法。临证根据异病同治原则，可以使用滋肾通阳活血法辨治颈动脉粥样硬化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of carotid atherosclerosis belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in symptoms.The main deficiency lies in the deficiency of Kidney Yuan, deficiency of Heart Yang, and dysfunction of Spleen, while the excess is accompanied by pathological factors such as Phlegm, Dampness, Turbidity and blood stasis.The treatment should be carried out from different perspectives such as nourishing the Kidney, dredging Yang and strengthening the Spleen to tonify the Kidney, purge Turbidity by dredging and tonifying, balancing the Yin and Yang to replenish properly, nourishing and supplementing blood in order to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, warming and dredging the Heart Yang to help the Heart and Kidney communicate normally, tonifying the Spleen and Qi to raise the clear Qi and lower the turbidity, invigorating the Spleen and regulating the Qi of the Middle Burner to dispel Dampness and resolve Phlegm.According to Zhang Zhongjing′s principle of treating different diseases with same method, we can treat carotid atherosclerosis mainly with method of nourishing the Kidney, dredging Yang, and promoting blood circulation.更多还原
