【摘要】 全民阅读是国家重要文化工程，旨在促进公民广泛阅读，提升全民文化素养，建设学习型文化强国。全民阅读重点在于全社会参与、全地域覆盖，自实施以来取得了显著成效，但城乡阅读资源分布不均仍然是全民阅读面临的重要挑战。为进一步深化全民阅读，迫切需要提升农村阅读推广质量。采用文献综述法，梳理了国内外全民阅读实践与研究，指出了当前农村阅读推广存在的问题，并有针对性提出了培养阅读意识、加强资源设施建设、完善阅读推广制度等策略，以为乡村振兴提供智力资源和文化扶持。更多还原

【Abstract】 National reading is a significant cultural initiative aimed at promoting widespread reading among citizens, enhancing the cultural literacy of the entire population, and building a learning-oriented and culturally strong nation. The focus of National Reading lies in the participation of the entire society and coverage of all regions. Since its implementation, it has achieved significant results. However, the uneven distribution of reading resources between urban and rural areas remains a major challenge. To further deepen national reading, it is urgent to enhance the quality of rural reading promotion. This paper employs a literature review method to summarize domestic and international practices and research on National Reading. The paper identifies current issues in rural reading promotion and proposes targeted strategies, such as cultivating reading awareness, strengthening resource and infrastructure development, and improving reading promotion systems, in order to provide intellectual resources and cultural support for rural revitalization.更多还原
