【Abstract】 There is a close relationship between chronic urticaria(CU) and the theory of "spleen dominating movement and transformation". Based on the theory of "spleen dominating movement and transformation", this study explored the etiology and pathogenesis of CU, and proposed that "spleen dysfunction" is the root cause of CU attacks, and invasion of evil Qi is the hallmark of CU attacks. The treatment of CU should pay attention to the function of the spleen in regulating Qi circulation, while also taking into account the eliminating of evil. The treatment should focus on regulating Qi circulation, dampness circulation, and removing blood stasis.It is also important to maintain a light diet and regulate emotions.更多还原
