【Abstract】 Diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetic,which seriously threatening human life and health. This paper summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and West ern medicine in the pathogenesis and treatment of DKD. Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of DKD.However, their combination therapy can significantly improve the treatment effect of DKD, and can effectively intervene in renal parenchymal lesions and delay the progression of the disease.更多还原
