【摘要】 目的：探讨新疆和田地区宫颈癌患者中医证型分布特点及其相关影响因素。方法：对宫颈癌患者中医临床症状进行聚类分析得到宫颈癌患者的中医证型分布规律，并通过比较不同特征患者之间的中医证型分布差异寻求可能影响宫颈癌中医证型的因素。结果：符合纳入标准的宫颈癌患者共186例，中医证型分布情况从高到低为肝肾阴虚证81例（43.55%）、肝经湿热证64例（34.41%）、肝郁气滞证25例（13.44%）和脾肾阳虚证16例（8.60%）；年龄、入院症状项数、西医临床分期、妊娠及流产次数不同的宫颈癌患者之间的中医证型分布情况比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过对和田地区186例宫颈癌患者的中医证型进行统计分析，得出区域性的宫颈癌中医证候分布特点及影响因素，为和田地区宫颈癌的中医辨证论治和早期干预提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome of patients with cervical cancer in Hotan area of Xinjiang and its related influencing factors. Methods: The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with cervical cancer was obtained by cluster analysis of the clinical symptoms of cervical cancer patients, and the factors that may affect the TCM syndromes of cervical cancer were sought by comparing the distribution of TCM syndromes among patients with different characteristics. Results: A total of 186 patients with cervical cancer who met the inclusion criteria were included. The distribution of TCM syndromes from high to low was 81 cases(43.55%) of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome, 64 cases(34.41%) of liver meridian damp-heat syndrome, 25 cases(13.44%) of liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, and 16 cases(8.60%) of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome. There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes among cervical cancer patients with different ages, number of symptoms at admission, clinical stage of western medicine, number of pregnancies and abortions(P <0.05). Conclusion:By conducting statistical analysis on the TCM syndrome types of 186 cervical cancer patients in the Hotan area, the regional distribution characteristics and influencing factors of TCM syndrome types of cervical cancer were obtained,providing ideas for the TCM syndrome differentiation and early intervention of cervical cancer in the Hotan area.更多还原
