【摘要】 目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)作为形成性评价工具在3+2助理全科医师教学中的实施效果。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年7月在郑州市第二人民医院全科医学科进行规培轮转的40名学生，采用随机对照表将参与者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组20名。试验组采用Mini-CEX作为形成性评价工具，而对照组则沿用传统带教方法。在轮转结束时，通过出科考试和阶段考核对两组学生的成绩进行评价。结果 试验组理论笔试、临床技能操作、病史采集、体格检查四项考核成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 助理全科医师规范化培训中运用Mini-CEX作为形成性评价工具可以有效提升教学效果。形成性评价是提高教学质量、培养优秀全科医师的有效手段，具备重要的教育实践价值和广泛的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the implementation effect of mini clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX) as a formative evaluation tool in the teaching of 3+2 assistant general practitioners.Methods Forty students who underwent regular training rotation in the General Medicine Department at the Second People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected. The participants were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a randomized control table, with 20 students in each group. The experimental group used Mini-CEX as a formative assessment tool, while the control group continued to use traditional teaching methods. At the end of the rotation, the grades of the two groups of students were evaluated through the entrance exam and stage assessment.Results The experimental group’s scores in theoretical written test, clinical skill operation, medical history collection, and physical examination were all higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Mini-CEX as a formative evaluation tool in standardized training for assistant general practitioners can effectively improve teaching effectiveness. Formative evaluation is an effective means to improve teaching quality and cultivate excellent general practitioners, with important educational and practical value and broad application prospects.更多还原
