【摘要】 目的：探讨住院共病老年患者衰弱与营养状况之间的相关性。方法：收集湖南省某三甲医院住院的共病老年患者200例，根据FARIL衰弱评估量表将住院共病老年患者分为无衰弱组、衰弱前期组、明显衰弱组。采用微型营养评估量表评估住院共病老年患者的营养状态，统计分析住院共病老年患者衰弱与营养状况之间的相关性。结果：FARIL衰弱得分与文化程度、家庭人均月收入、营养评分呈显著负相关，而与年龄、共病指数呈显著正相关。营养指标如PA、TP、ALB、Hb、25羟维生素D、IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3、补体C4与衰弱得分呈显著负相关。住院共病老年患者的衰弱与营养评分之间存在显著的相关性（OR=1.947，95%CI:1.007～4.914,P<0.01）。结论：住院共病老年患者的营养不良与衰弱程度密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current situation and correlation between frailty and nutritional status of hospitalized comorbidities in elderly patients. Methods A total of 200 hospitalized elderly patients with comorbidities participated in the survey. According to the FARIL frailty assessment scale, hospitalized elderly patients with comorbidities were divided into non frailty group, pre frailty group, and obvious frailty group. Nutritional risk screening was used to evaluate the nutritional status of hospitalized elderly patients with comorbidities, and the correlation between frailty and nutritional status was statistically analyzed. Results There were frailty score is significantly negatively correlated with educational level, per capita monthly income of households and nutritional score, but significantly positively correlated with age, comorbidity index. Nutritional indicators such as PA, TP, ALB, Hb, 25 hydroxyvitamin D, IgA, IgG, IgM, complement C3, complement C4 are significantly negatively correlated with frailty scores. Of particular note, there is the most significant correlation between frailty and nutritional risk in hospitalized comorbid elderly patients(OR=1.947, 95%CI: 1.007-4.914, P<0.01).
