河北省田间果蔬中新型李斯特氏菌污染分布研究
Distribution of “new” Listeria spp. in Fruits and Vegetables in the Field in Hebei Province
【摘要】 为掌握河北省田间果蔬中新型李斯特氏菌的污染特征,本研究采用中国国家卫生和计划生育委员会、国家食品药品监督管理总局发布的GB 4789.30-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验》、美国食品药品监督管理局-细菌学分析手册、美国农业部和国际标准化组织公布的李斯特氏菌(Listeria spp.)的检测方法,对从河北省6个主要果蔬种植基地采集的5种蔬菜和4种水果(共27 000份)进行李斯特氏菌定性检测,采用GB 4789.30-2016中的平板计数法对单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌阳性样品进行定量检测。结果表明,Listeria marthii(0.41%)、Listeria thailandensis(0.25%)和Listeria fleischmannii(0.17%)3种新型李斯特氏菌的检出率较高,其他近年新发现的12种李斯特氏菌(Listeria newyorkensis、Listeria floridensis、Listeria rocourtiae、Listeria weihenstephanensis、Listeria valentina、Listeria aquatica、Listeria riparia、Listeria cornellensis、Listeria grandensis、Listeria booriae、Listeria costaricensis和Listeria goaensis)存在于不同田间果蔬中。定量分析发现,多数单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌阳性样品的污染水平为0~100 CFU·g-1。本研究首次针对新型李斯特氏菌在田间果蔬中进行了大范围的污染分布研究,发现不同的新型李斯特氏菌存在于不同的田间果蔬中,传统李斯特氏菌在田间果蔬中的污染风险依旧存在,为进一步控制和预防田间果蔬中新型李斯特氏菌的污染传播奠定了数据基础。
【Abstract】 To investigate the prevalence characteristics of “new” Listeria spp. in fruits and vegetables in the field in Hebei province, five types of vegetables and four types of fruits(27 000 samples in total) collected from six major fruit and vegetable farms in Hebei were used to qualitatively analyze of Listeria spp. by using the Listeria spp. detection methods published by China’s National Health and Family Planning CommissionChina Food and Drug Administration(GB 4789. 30-2016), United States Food and Drug AdministrationBacteriological Analysis Manual(FDA-BAM Chapter 10), United States Department of Agriculture(USDA MLG 8. 12), and International Standards Organization(ISO 11290-1), respectively, and the plate counting method in GB 4789. 30-2016 was followed for the enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes(L. monocytogenes) in positive samples. The results showed that Listeria marthii(0. 41%), Listeria thalandensis(0. 25%), and Listeria fleischmanni(0. 17%) had the highest detection rate, and other 12 “new” Listeria discovered in recent years(Listeria newyorkensis、Listeria floridensis、Listeria rocourtiae、Listeria weihenstephanensis、Listeria valentina、Listeria aquatica、Listeria riparia、Listeria cornellensis、Listeria grandensis、Listeria booriae、Listeria costaricensis, and Listeria goaensis) were distributed in different fruits and vegetables in the field. Quantitative analysis showed that the contamination level of L. monocytogenes in most of the positive samples was 0-100 CFU·g-1. It was the first time to conduct a large-scale prevalence distribution study on “new” Listeria in fruits and vegetables in the field, which demonstrated that different “new” Listeria existed in different fruits and vegetables in the field, and the contamination risk of the “classic” Listeria spp. in fruits and vegetables in the field still exists.The results layed a data foundation for further control and prevention of the contamination and spread of the “new” Listeria in fruits and vegetables in the field.
